At Customsneakers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please note that fully customized, one-of-a-kind designs are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the sneakers in their original packaging and box, attach the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned sneakers for wear; once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
